Ima Ocasio-Yrady

Ms. Ocasio-Yrady is well-known for providing aggressive legal representation to all of her clients throughout Florida who are charged with Traffic Offenses, DUI, Drug Charges, Violent Felonies, Misdemeanors and all State/Federal Crimes.

Ms. Ocasio-Yrady is a former State of Florida prosecutor where she served 8 1/2 years after she obtained her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005. Ms. Ocasio-Yrady was responsible for supervising as well as training DUI prosecutors during her stay at the State Attorney’s Office. 

Ms. Ocasio-Yrady has extensive criminal trial experience. She has handled DUI, DWLS, Sex Crimes, Theft Crimes, Violence Crimes, Domestic Violence Cases, Drug Related Offenses and has taken close to 100 cases to jury trial verdicts.
